Responsibilities
Support and contribute to the safe and efficient execution of daily offshore vessel operations. Collaborate closely with onboard colleagues to maintain operational performance and uphold a strong safety culture. Comply with company, flag state, and regulatory requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Must hold certificates, endorsements, and qualifications required for a 2nd Officer position on relevant vessel types. Demonstrated experience in similar offshore marine operations is required. Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence, along with good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and willingness to learn company procedures and standards.
