Responsibilities
Contribute to the safe and efficient operation of offshore machinery and systems as part of the engineering team. Collaborate closely with colleagues on board to support operational performance and uphold safety standards. Comply with all company, flag state, and regulatory requirements. Participate in handover procedures before embarkation when required. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within vessel operations.
Qualifications
Possession of all relevant certificates, endorsements, and qualifications for the 3rd Engineer role on offshore vessels. Proven experience working on similar vessel types and offshore operations. Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn company procedures and standards if not previously familiar. Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is required.
