Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of autonomous AI agent solutions and intelligent workflow automation across business functions. Rapidly develop and test innovative Proofs of Concept using the latest large language models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing digital systems. Define best practices, governance, and security standards for AI agent deployment. Provide training and documentation to upskill colleagues and foster an internal AI community. Continuously monitor and experiment with emerging AI and automation trends to drive enterprise value.
Qualifications
Proven experience in AI engineering, intelligent workflow automation, or building business applications powered by large language models. Hands-on expertise with modern workflow orchestration platforms, preferably n8n. Strong understanding of enterprise digital system integration and APIs. Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and scale Proofs of Concept. Excellent communication skills to bridge technical AI concepts and business needs. Experience working in agile delivery teams. Desirable skills include Python programming, machine learning fundamentals, and knowledge of ethical AI and data privacy in enterprise deployments.
