Responsibilities
Lead and manage the development of Agentic AI projects from inception to production, creating detailed execution roadmaps that align with strategic goals. Architect scalable AI solutions and deliver key milestones to support rapid organizational growth and prepare for potential spin-off ventures. Collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and leadership to ensure impactful outcomes in emerging AI domains.
Qualifications
Demonstrable expertise in AI research or applied behavioral science with a strong builder mentality and track record of independent end-to-end project ownership. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work remotely from Europe or the Americas, or willingness to relocate or adapt to remote work arrangements. Experience in fast-moving, innovation-driven environments favored.
