Identify and evaluate AI opportunities across the business; understand relevant processes and data; build and test AI solutions; implement use cases into daily business to achieve measurable improvements; establish clear business cases linking AI initiatives to outcomes like productivity and cost reduction; drive adoption and process changes alongside technology implementation; maintain oversight of AI projects and coordinate with central AI engineering teams; ensure compliance with AI governance, privacy, and security frameworks; share successful AI practices across the organization.
Qualifications
Proven experience delivering AI solutions in a professional business environment with hands-on technical capabilities; demonstrated ability to move AI projects from ideation through implementation and adoption with measurable impact; strong understanding of business processes and ability to pinpoint where AI adds value; technical proficiency in building and configuring AI solutions and familiarity with data, APIs, and system integrations; excellent business judgment with the capability to connect AI initiatives to tangible business results; proficient in engaging with operational and senior stakeholders to lead organizational change; experience in fields such as AI consulting, AI transformation, project or product management, or automation is relevant.
