Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy robust AI-driven software solutions by applying best practices in software development. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify business challenges and create innovative AI applications. Optimize algorithms and software for computational efficiency. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Lead and contribute to knowledge sharing, including scientific publications and conference presentations. Support non-technical stakeholders in understanding software development and AI integration strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience with software development, especially in Python. Strong skills in algorithm optimization and large-scale data analytics. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity across diverse industries. Experience guiding non-technical teams on software development best practices is a plus. Fluent English communication skills are essential. Norwegian language skills are not required.
