This role as an AI Technology Consultant in Oslo focuses on helping clients leverage advanced AI and digital technologies to transform business strategies and operations. The position involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on both local and international projects to develop, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions that scale beyond proofs of concept. The work includes defining technology strategies, optimizing IT architectures, and supporting complex digital transformation initiatives, with an emphasis on generative AI, cloud solutions, and responsible AI practices. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Norwegian is not specified as mandatory.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with global and local teams to assess clients' technology capabilities and identify opportunities for AI-driven growth; develop technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals. Identify and implement high-impact AI and generative AI use cases, redesign processes and customer journeys to enable scalable adoption. Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and solutions based on business needs and technical feasibility. Support the creation of enterprise capabilities including operating models, governance, and responsible AI frameworks. Participate in the delivery of complex digital transformation projects using agile methods, working across business, technology, data, and AI domains. Design and enhance IT architectures focused on enterprise requirements, custom software development, and sustainable, resilient digital systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, informatics, technology-focused business, or related fields; approximately two years of relevant experience in IT consulting, including part-time or full-time roles. Demonstrated interest and knowledge in current technology trends including AI, generative AI, LLM tools, cloud computing, and digital platforms. Practical experience applying AI technologies to address real business or technical challenges is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills with enthusiasm for developing and sharing digital solutions. Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary, multicultural teams and readiness to travel as required. Excellent proficiency in English for communication of complex technical concepts.
