Responsibilities
Manage well-defined customer and business problems, using data and customer insights to prioritize improvements that enhance the electric vehicle charging experience. Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, commercial, and operations teams to translate needs into deliverables. Ensure decisions connect to measurable outcomes, foster continuous learning through data and feedback, and maintain clear communication and follow-through across teams.
Qualifications
Relevant professional experience in a product environment with strong analytical capabilities. Demonstrated curiosity about customer needs and behavior and ability to translate data into actionable product insights. Proven collaborative skills working across multiple disciplines. Motivated to develop product management expertise and work in an empowered, outcome-focused team. Experience or interest in electric mobility or related sectors is a plus. Able to work regularly from the Oslo office and preferably proficient in Norwegian for effective communication.
