This role involves providing expert technical support and diagnostics for a premium automotive manufacturer, assisting dealer networks with resolving complex issues quickly. The position requires strong workshop experience and the ability to serve as an interface between manufacturer and dealers, working remotely within the EU.

Responsibilities
Provide expert assistance in diagnosing complex automotive technical problems. Support dealership technicians with repair instructions through specified communication channels. Collaborate to develop solutions across the product range and act as liaison between manufacturer and dealers. Maintain excellent relationships and facilitate effective communication with the dealer network.
Qualifications
Proven automotive experience at master technician level within dealerships, workshops, or manufacturers, preferably with aftersales retail experience. Fluency in a Nordic language and English is required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, good organizational and time management skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
