Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a range of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks with consistent quality. Provide attentive and personalized service in various guest areas such as lounges and the restaurant. Collaborate with the food and beverage team to develop seasonal drink offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and minimize waste. Support additional events and hotel departments as needed.
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience in luxury or boutique hospitality settings preferred. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques. Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences. Fluent in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a plus. Ability to remain composed during busy periods, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within a team. A valid driving license and legal working rights in Norway are required.
