Responsibilities
Deliver personalized makeup consultations and product advice to customers, creating an inviting and educational atmosphere. Collaborate with the team to execute in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising to distinguish the store from competitors. Operate retail point-of-sale systems and ensure readiness to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
Qualifications
Preferred candidates have makeup artistry certification or retail makeup experience, but those with amateur expertise demonstrating creative and technical skills are also welcome. Candidates must show ability to provide authentic, inspirational customer service and be prepared to work varied retail hours in a fast-paced environment. Proof of legal right to work in the country is required if invited to interview.
