Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include entering customer and shipment data accurately into billing systems, preparing and reviewing invoices according to client specifications, assisting with inquiries related to missing or incomplete paperwork, providing proof of delivery documents upon request, and supporting the billing process for various load types including line haul, dedicated, and logistics loads. The role may involve additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Candidates should have an associate degree in accounting or equivalent relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong keyboarding and numeric entry skills, good communication abilities, and capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, stress-prone environment are essential. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving competence.
