Responsibilities
Analyze and apply payments to customer accounts based on invoices and credits, research and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies, document the research process and decisions made, manage assigned workload to meet quality and productivity goals, and escalate issues when necessary. The role requires handling large transaction volumes and maintaining accurate records in client systems.
Qualifications
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities are essential. Candidates should have a good understanding of payments, invoices, and account reconciliation, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn financial systems such as Oracle. Effective time management, prioritization, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are required. Previous experience in accounts receivable or finance is beneficial.
