Qualifications
Hold required certificates, endorsements, and qualifications for the chief engineer position compliant with company, flag state, and regulatory standards. Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Have relevant experience from similar vessel types and offshore operations. Possess good communication and teamwork skills, and ability to work in a multicultural team. Familiarity or willingness to learn company procedures and standards is expected. Additional vessel-specific requirements such as possible Scandinavian language skills or certification level may apply depending on the vessel.
