Responsibilities
Lead and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and optimization of working capital across multiple plants. Develop and motivate a finance team to operate as a business partner. Oversee cash flow management and identify financial improvement opportunities. Conduct scenario planning and financial modeling to facilitate strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors. Oversee key cost drivers such as energy contracts and maintain internal controls. Act as Secretary to the Board of Directors and support management and plant directors as a trusted financial advisor.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. At least 5 years in a senior finance role, preferably in process or heavy industry. Demonstrated success in cost reduction, cash flow improvement, and operational performance. Experience working in complex, multicultural, matrix organizations with global reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Fluent in English; Norwegian language skills are a plus.
