Qualifications
Hold all necessary certificates, endorsements, and qualifications mandated for the role and vessel. Have relevant experience with similar vessel types and offshore operations. Possess good communication and teamwork skills, demonstrating a professional attitude focused on safety and continuous improvement. Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team. Scandinavian language skills may be required depending on vessel flag; willingness to learn company procedures and standards is essential.
