Job summary
This role leads the technical dimension of sales and engineering for AI agent solutions, combining hands-on coding with leadership of a technical team. The position requires managing customer integrations, driving product localization based on feedback, and acting as the primary local technical liaison. Fluency in English and at least one local language is required to navigate both technical and business communications effectively.

Responsibilities
Lead technical aspects of sales including early-stage discussions, demos, and architectural guidance. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across engineering, integrations, and pre-sales functions. Oversee the full customer integration process from scoping through deployment, ensuring accuracy and meeting customer needs. Collect customer feedback to adapt and localize the product, while representing regional demands to a global product team. Serve as the key technical contact in the region, fostering partnerships and managing escalations as needed.
Qualifications
7 to 8+ years of practical software engineering experience with delivered products. Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or handling complex technical implementations. Customer-facing roles such as Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or deployed engineer with strong communication skills bridging technology and business. Demonstrated leadership ability, ideally with experience at Director, VP, or Founder level. Fluent proficiency in English and at least one local Norwegian language. Ability to independently establish plans, teams, and systems in early-stage, fast-paced environments.
