Responsibilities
You will be responsible for establishing, managing, and growing an AI research lab startup. This includes participating in a tailored personal development program designed by successful entrepreneurs, leading product iteration to achieve product-market fit, assembling and managing a talented team through an extensive professional network, building a marketing and sales strategy, and preparing your company to secure substantial funding rounds.
Qualifications
Applicants should be based in Europe or the Americas or be willing to relocate. Strong entrepreneurial drive with readiness to assume full responsibility for scaling a startup to high revenue targets is essential. Excellent communication skills in English are required. Prior experience in leadership, AI or technology sectors, and fundraising is advantageous but not explicitly stated.
