This role involves overseeing the financial and commercial aspects of large-scale data center construction projects. The position requires managing budgets, contracts, and risks to ensure effective cost control, accurate forecasting, and comprehensive financial reporting while working collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage project budgets including capital expenditures and cash flow, applying cost control strategies. Administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, maintaining detailed tracking of bill of quantities (BOQs). Identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and analyze variances. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, vendors, and clients to support commercial decisions and project success.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in financial management within construction or data center projects. Strong expertise in cost control, contract administration, and BOQ management. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and relevant financial project management tools. Excellent analytical abilities combined with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. A strategic, proactive approach with attention to detail and effective teamwork capabilities.
