Job summary
Seeking a Commercial Project Manager responsible for managing the commercial and financial aspects of complex customer projects in the mobility and transportation sector. The role collaborates closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery, profitability, compliance, and strong stakeholder relationships in a dynamic project-oriented environment in Oslo, Norway. English is the working language, and Norwegian language skills are not required.

Responsibilities
Manage all commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle, including bid preparation, contract negotiation, financial planning, invoicing, and project accounting. Monitor project financial performance and KPIs, identify and mitigate commercial risks, support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners, and auditors, while providing leadership and commercial guidance to project teams.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in commercial project controlling, financial project management, or similar roles within complex project-driven environments. Strong expertise in project finance, financial analysis, forecasting, contract management, risk management, and compliance. Skilled in advanced Excel and experienced with ERP systems like SAP Project Module and reporting tools such as Power BI. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English. Eligible to work and reside in Norway or Nordic countries.
