Responsibilities
Lead and manage all construction operations regionally to achieve high performance and project excellence. Engage with stakeholders to promote change and align project delivery with strategic goals. Translate organizational objectives into actionable plans that standardize processes and improve consistency. Oversee project lifecycle from conception to handover while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Build and develop a skilled construction team by directing recruitment, training, and performance management. Act as the functional expert on construction systems and processes, driving their adoption across projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape broader strategic initiatives and cultivate effective communication networks within the business.
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent in relevant discipline with extensive experience managing complex major construction projects. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget across multiple locations. Experience with strategic program implementation and influencing organizational outcomes. Strong leadership qualities including adaptability, resilience, effective communication, and a people-centered approach. Demonstrated capability to foster innovation, inclusivity, accountability, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
