Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include participating in project teams to address client challenges from problem definition to recommendation delivery; managing specific analyses or workstreams under guidance; conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses such as market research and financial modeling; synthesizing data into clear insights for presentations; collaborating closely with clients and colleagues; and mentoring junior team members to foster positive team culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess an advanced degree (Master's, MBA, PhD, or equivalent) with strong academic credentials and typically 3-5+ years of relevant experience in top-tier consulting, industry, or strategic roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to interpret complex data and develop clear recommendations, excellent written and verbal communication skills, team orientation with leadership potential, adaptability to dynamic environments, and fluency in English are required. Norwegian language skills are not mandatory.
