Responsibilities

You will be responsible for negotiating clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, and amendments directly with assigned clinical sites. Collaborate with internal teams including Study Startup, Clinical Operations, and other partners to maintain and improve contracting standards and metrics. Use industry tools to assess budgets and contracts against fair market value and guide decision-making. Track negotiations and action items to meet study timelines, and help resolve issues escalated by site activation teams.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting, ideally within a pharmaceutical company, contract research organization, or a relevant industry vendor. Knowledge of clinical study protocols and assessment schedules is important. Strong skills in data interpretation, organization, communication, negotiation, and decision-making are necessary. Legal work authorization in the country of employment is required.
