Responsibilities
Track project costs, bills of quantities (BOQs), and purchase orders to ensure accurate financial oversight. Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support project financial health. Assist with contract modifications and supplier settlements. Maintain thorough financial records and collaborate closely with project and finance teams to adhere to budgetary goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering, including recent graduates. Interest in construction, design and build, or data center projects. Strong proficiency with Excel and solid analytical capabilities. Comprehensive understanding of BOQs and cost control principles. Excellent organization, attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and fluency in English.
