Responsibilities

Lead and manage regional service operations with P&L responsibility for $16 million in revenue. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers and internal departments such as sales, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams. Implement management operating systems across sales, operations, HR, and business support functions. Drive the company's growth strategy to expand beyond existing service areas. Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure order growth while managing commercial risks, customer retention, and service bank growth. Monitor key performance indicators including safety, forecast accuracy, margin expansion, cash flow, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in service management and people management roles with a strong track record in operations leadership. Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss responsibilities and drive growth strategies. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including sales, operations, supply chain, and HR functions is highly valuable. Expertise in managing commercial risk and improving operational performance metrics.
