Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the technical direction for assigned cybersecurity product opportunities, ensuring successful technical outcomes independently. Conduct customized technical demonstrations and design sessions to bridge discovery and implementation phases. Proactively resolve obstacles to progress in proof-of-value projects by coordinating internal resources. Maintain steady progress despite changing conditions and challenges. Develop deep expertise across relevant cybersecurity subdomains using product labs. Advise customers on technical solutions linked directly to critical business security objectives. Define technical strategies that align with customers' corporate goals and demonstrate clear return on investment. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and maintain accurate records of technical engagements.
Qualifications
At least 6 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting within the cybersecurity industry, specifically with identity security solutions. Demonstrated ability to design, deploy, or sell complex identity security products. Experience integrating third-party cybersecurity technologies in complex enterprise infrastructures. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with large enterprise clients. Hands-on experience with CyberArk or Idira platforms is highly preferred. Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SANS, CEH, Security+, or cloud security certifications for AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Advanced knowledge of identity providers and directories (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, Ping), Windows and Unix/Linux systems, Just-In-Time and Zero Standing Privilege models, IAM and IGA processes, federation services, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM). Proficiency in scripting for automation and deployment tasks. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings. Proficient in English. No Norwegian language requirement is indicated.
