An opportunity to support NATO's Joint Warfare Centre in Stavanger, Norway, contributing specialized cybersecurity expertise to strategic and operational exercises. Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and execution of cyberspace-related training scenarios for NATO exercises; develop strategic and operational dilemmas supporting training objectives; coordinate with exercise control cells for scenario coherence; produce documentation including agendas and briefing notes; provide timely feedback during exercises; act as the focal cybersecurity advisor to the training audience; analyze and adapt exercise material to ensure realistic cyber campaign representation; participate in lessons learned processes to improve future exercises; occasionally travel to NATO sites as required.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of recent experience in high-level cyberspace roles within national or multinational strategic command or advisory positions; proven ability to communicate complex cybersecurity topics effectively at senior staff levels in English; experience briefing senior leaders and decision-makers; familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and preferably NATO tools such as TOPFAS and JEMM; hold or eligible for valid National or NATO Secret security clearance; willingness to work onsite in Stavanger, Norway.
