Responsibilities
Lead and mentor site engineers across various locations, ensuring team development and high engagement. Manage daily operations to maintain consistent and reliable service delivery, including overseeing onboarding and providing escalation support. Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary operational contact. Govern maintenance and change management procedures to uphold service quality and compliance. Coordinate projects and activities across sites to meet established timelines and objectives. Prepare presentations and promote continuous improvement practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with proven leadership experience in a relevant technical or operational field. Demonstrated ability to lead teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments with strong mentoring skills. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities to handle complex issues effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and familiar with data center change request and ticketing systems. Willingness to travel up to 50% within Europe. Candidates must be based in Norway to support key client operations.
