Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of physical security operations, including site inspections, access control, CCTV and intrusion detection system oversight. Supervise security personnel and contractors, ensuring contract compliance and service quality. Oversee reception security operations and visitor management to maintain secure and professional processes. Coordinate responses to security incidents and liaise with emergency services. Support compliance efforts for security audits such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2, maintaining documentation and customer security standards. Act as primary contact for day-to-day site security matters and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing security teams and contracts, preferably within data centers or critical infrastructure sectors. Solid knowledge of physical security systems and visitor/customer security management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Experience with reception operations, security auditing, and standards like ISO 27001 or SOC 2 is advantageous. Ability to produce detailed incident reports and support high-security customer environments.
