Seeking an experienced Deputy Project Director to support delivery of a major hyperscale data centre construction project in Norway. The role involves leadership across project execution, client and stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring targets for safety, quality, schedule, and commercial performance are met within a complex build environment.

Responsibilities
Support overall project management from pre-construction to handover; lead multidisciplinary teams including project managers and engineers; maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships; oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and commercial performance; manage risk and change control processes; ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards; facilitate commissioning readiness and successful project handover; drive continuous improvement; mentor teams and foster collaboration; lead project meetings and reporting activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; professional certifications such as PMP or Chartered Engineer are advantageous; 10+ years' experience in construction project delivery with a minimum of 3-5 years in senior leadership on large-scale projects; proven track record managing projects exceeding €50M; technical knowledge of CSA, MEP, commissioning, and construction processes; strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments.
