Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of data centre and infrastructure design from concept to construction drawings with a focus on AI compute needs. Evaluate design packages for compliance, constructability, and performance, addressing risks proactively. Collaborate with construction, cost management, engineering, and local consultants to align design deliverables with business and technical objectives. Adapt facility designs for high-density power, advanced cooling, and low-latency compute environments. Oversee consultant teams and maintain project schedules using BIM and cloud-based collaboration tools.
Qualifications
Proven experience in design management within data centres, mission-critical or high-performance computing environments. Strong technical expertise in MEP systems, high-density power, and infrastructure tailored for AI compute. Proficiency with digital tools such as Procore/EDMS, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows. Fluent in English; Norwegian is preferred but not required. Ability to work collaboratively in international and remote/hybrid settings, displaying flexibility suited for a startup environment.
