Responsibilities

Manage site screening, feasibility assessments, and acquisition processes for data centre developments. Coordinate due diligence including legal, environmental, and technical evaluations. Drive front-end development activities such as permitting, utility engagement, and early project planning. Oversee planning, permitting submissions, and compliance across jurisdictions. Collaborate cross-functionally to support design, delivery, legal, and operational teams, while continuously improving development practices and strategy.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in client-side development of data centres or similar mission-critical infrastructure. Proven expertise in site acquisition, due diligence, permitting, and pre-construction coordination. Degree in Engineering, Planning, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and commercial skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholder groups.
