Job summary
This role leads the development and delivery of digital training content for medical imaging modalities including X-Ray, Mammography, and DEXA within an international region. The position focuses on implementing digital education strategies, producing high-quality learning materials, coaching clinical education specialists, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective customer training and engagement.

Responsibilities
Lead and prioritize digital content development for specific medical imaging modalities in the region, working closely with global and regional teams. Create and manage educational materials using various digital tools and maintain organized content repositories. Act as a subject matter expert in content approval and translation processes. Support Learning Management System content management and maintain modality and product expertise to respond to customer needs. Coach clinical education specialists in adopting digital training approaches and provide mentoring within the team. Develop and enhance digital education programs in partnership with stakeholders, delivering online training sessions when required. Serve as a liaison between regional and global clinical education communities and represent educational initiatives in various events. Continuously seek improvement opportunities and support business and quality management objectives.
Qualifications
Extensive healthcare professional experience with practical expertise in X-Ray, Mammography, or DEXA imaging. Demonstrated proficiency in using remote training and educational technologies. Strong understanding of current healthcare market trends. Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Entrepreneurial mindset capable of driving change and process improvement. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous. Ability to prioritize and execute strategies that meet organizational goals.
