Responsibilities
Lead and unify carrier integration specialists and partnership teams to ensure robust carrier connectivity. Develop and implement AI-driven transformations to streamline and scale integration processes. Manage commercial and operational relationships with carrier partners to proactively address issues and maintain service reliability. Design and maintain an effective operating model clarifying responsibilities across functions. Coordinate delivery efforts with engineering and product teams to meet timelines and reduce risks. Coach and develop team leaders, build a sustainable team structure, and support talent growth. Collaborate closely with sales, support, and professional services teams to set clear roles and enhance carrier literacy across the organization. Represent the carrier function in executive and cross-functional meetings, ensuring focus and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience leading technical integration or partner management functions within SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics technology contexts. Demonstrated success in managing operating model changes and automation-driven transformations. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex operational challenges into strategic decisions. Experience in vendor or partner relationship management with tiered engagement. Practical knowledge of carrier logistics connectivity, with advantage for hands-on integration experience. Strong organizational design, data-driven decision-making, and executive communication skills. Fluent in English, with structured, decisive, and collaborative working style. Able to handle high-pressure situations and maintain focus on team priorities.
