Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on affected nations' intelligence and security strategies during exercises. Advise on national intelligence, internal security, and counter-terrorism policies. Ensure training audiences receive realistic and coherent intelligence scenarios. Serve as the focal point for intelligence and security matters throughout exercise preparation and execution. Coordinate intelligence and security operations within the affected nation and exercise control teams. Develop concepts of operations and plans related to intelligence services during conflicts as necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum five years operational intelligence experience within the past ten years focused on police and internal security at national and international levels. At least three years briefing senior leaders or decision makers at national or multinational governance levels within the last decade. Experience participating as an intelligence subject matter expert in NATO or international strategic planning exercises or operations. Bachelor's degree required. Must hold a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance. Business-level English proficiency is mandatory.
