Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive assessments of new acquisitions to understand financials, operations, and market conditions. Develop and execute transition plans that balance change management with business stability. Guide organizational integration by evaluating and aligning talent and leadership with established operational models. Oversee adoption of standard operating procedures, systems, and performance management practices. Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, HR, and Recruiting to ensure seamless implementation during transitions. Identify opportunities to enhance sales, recruiting, and operational execution. Coach local leaders on best practices and decision-making. Build scalable processes, tools, and playbooks to improve future integrations and overall function scalability.
Qualifications
At least 7 years’ experience in operational leadership with accountability for business outcomes, including leading organizational changes or integrations. Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven problem identification and resolution. Demonstrated capability in influencing senior stakeholders and driving execution in fast-paced settings. Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to developing structure and repeatable processes. Experience in healthcare, home care, franchising, multi-site operations, or M&A integration is advantageous. An MBA is considered a plus.
