Responsibilities
Lead and manage an enterprise Professional Services team handling complex customer engagements. Oversee delivery performance including project health, timelines, and quality. Integrate AI to optimize workflows and increase capacity. Develop repeatable service offerings with pricing strategies. Own commercial results including revenue, margin, and growth opportunities. Partner with Sales and Account Management to define project scopes and expand client relationships. Shape the strategic direction within the broader Customer Experience leadership. Collaborate with Product, Support, and Account Management to improve services and platform. Represent the Professional Services organization with senior stakeholders and provide leadership coaching to develop delivery professionals.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years in leadership roles within Professional Services or related technical delivery, including direct team management. At least 5 years experience delivering enterprise SaaS or PaaS services involving large-scale migrations or implementations. Proven ability to develop and manage a services portfolio with pricing and delivery models balancing standardization and customization. Demonstrated commercial accountability in partnership with Sales to drive revenue and margin. Practical knowledge in leveraging AI to enhance delivery operations. Strong executive communication skills and experience managing senior stakeholder relationships. Effective people management including coaching and performance management. Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution in a dynamic environment.
