Responsibilities
Lead and enhance the division's data, analytics, and AI governance and operating model. Coordinate closely with business lines to align data priorities with processes and transformation projects. Define and maintain the divisional data and AI roadmap including prioritization and progress tracking. Support implementation of corporate data standards and compliance. Represent AI platforms and corporate capabilities, translating business needs into actionable AI use cases. Engage hands-on in problem framing, data requirements definition, solution reviews, and prototype creation. Manage budget planning and tracking for data and AI activities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in data integration, governance, quality, security, and AI tools. Practical experience with LLMs, Snowflake, Azure, Copilot, PowerBI, Power Platform, and UI/UX design. Preferably experienced with business operations and tools like SAP, Salesforce, Jira. Degree in data, analytics, IT, engineering, or related field with hands-on experience in advanced data technologies and transformations. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and business stakeholders. Relevant professional licenses or certifications if applicable.
