Responsibilities
Identify new editorial opportunities leveraging emerging technologies and user behavior trends. Develop, prototype, and test innovative digital editorial experiences in close collaboration with product, UX, and tech teams. Define the editorial logic and partnership between humans and AI. Shape editorial quality and address trust, accuracy, and accountability in new concepts. Assess feasibility and resource needs, and connect initiatives with editorial environments to integrate successful products into existing brands.
Qualifications
Strong journalistic background with hands-on experience in editorial decision-making and newsroom workflows. Experience in digital editorial product development with a focus on user feedback. Technical proficiency in prototyping and working with coding, AI tools, low-code platforms, or similar technologies. Deep understanding of AI and emerging tech applied to journalism. Skilled in cross-disciplinary collaboration among editorial, product, and tech teams. Experience with AI-native products, editorial automation, data journalism, or interactive storytelling is a plus. Curious, resourceful, collaborative, and comfortable with experimentation and uncertainty.
