Seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to manage the completion and handover of electrical systems for large-scale data center projects. The role focuses on ensuring installation, testing, and documentation meets client and project standards to enable reliable and safe operations from day one.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the systemization and turnover of electrical installations including LV/MV/HV distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, and cabling. Perform detailed inspections and walkdowns to verify installation quality and completion. Manage punch lists and ensure timely resolution of issues. Compile and review essential handover documentation such as as-built drawings, test results, and operation manuals. Collaborate with QA/QC, construction, and commissioning teams to prepare for Mechanical Completion readiness. Assist with energization planning, client inspections, testing, and final acceptance processes. Maintain accurate records in digital completion platforms and support closure of deficiencies and non-conformities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least five years experience in electrical engineering roles focused on commissioning, QA/QC, or project delivery. Strong knowledge of electrical systems in mission-critical environments, preferably data centers or similar infrastructure projects. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and specifications. Experience coordinating with multiple subcontractors and stakeholders, managing documentation, and utilizing digital turnover tools. Knowledge of Mechanical Completion, energization, and commissioning readiness processes is highly desirable.
