Seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead electrical system delivery on a major data centre construction project in Norway. The role involves managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely, high-quality electrical installations including power distribution, UPS, generators, and lighting systems, with a focus on project milestones and budget adherence.

Responsibilities
Oversee all electrical installation activities ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Manage subcontractors, coordinate resources, and monitor progress against schedules. Conduct quality inspections and support testing, commissioning, and handover processes. Promote health, safety, and environmental standards. Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Participate in planning, risk management, and reporting to project leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 8-10 years managing electrical construction on large projects, preferably in data centres or mission-critical environments. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Technical expertise in high and low voltage systems, power distribution, UPS, generators, fire alarm systems, and familiarity with BIM and construction management software. Fluent English required.
