Job summary
Seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead all aspects of electrical scope on data center and industrial construction projects. The role involves managing design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and ensuring project delivery aligns with budgets, schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. The position requires overseeing subcontractors and suppliers and resolving technical challenges in mission-critical infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities
Manage the entire electrical scope from design through commissioning. Coordinate teams and subcontractors, ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. Inspect work, resolve technical issues, manage documentation and regulatory compliance. Approve electrical designs and changes, enforce corrective actions for substandard work or safety violations, and support final testing and handover of electrical systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5-7 years of experience in electrical project or package management, ideally in large construction or data center environments. Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and control systems. Familiarity with local electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations. Experience with project management and electrical design/modeling tools; proficiency in BIM and construction management software is advantageous. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English required; Norwegian language skills not specified or required.
