Seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Engineer to manage quality assurance and control activities for electrical systems in a large-scale data center construction project. Responsibilities
Develop and execute electrical QA/QC strategies and inspection plans. Oversee electrical installations to ensure compliance with technical drawings and standards. Manage inspection and test plans, quality documentation, and coordinate testing and commissioning efforts. Lead electrical quality inspections across key systems including power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and cabling. Review and approve technical submittals and method statements. Handle non-conformance reports and corrective actions. Maintain quality records and support client system handovers. Foster continuous quality improvement in the team environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with over 8 years of experience in electrical QA/QC or project engineering, preferably within data centers or mission-critical infrastructures. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, international standards (e.g., IEC, ISO), testing and commissioning practices, and ability to interpret technical documentation. Experience collaborating with contractors and subcontractors, and proficiency in quality management systems and digital QA/QC tools. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
