Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain embedded software components for video collaboration devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and testing engineers to integrate new technologies and improve product quality. Participate actively in improving automated testing environments within a continuous integration and deployment framework. Potentially work across various technologies such as video and audio interfaces, microcontrollers, FPGAs, wireless communication, and sensor integration based on skills and interests.
Qualifications
A relevant higher education degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a strong interest and experience in embedded software development. Proficiency in C and Python programming languages. Experience with embedded Systems on Chip (SoC) development and troubleshooting. Preferably experienced with embedded Linux development, including kernel driver development and video for Linux subsystems. Familiarity with the effective use of AI tools for embedded product development and code review is a plus. Ability to analyze production data and present technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
