Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of a sophisticated power market model, focusing on hydro power systems and optimization in Nordic and Brazilian markets. Participate in consulting assignments, collaborate with energy companies and transmission system operators, and help address challenges related to the energy transition. Engage in software development, modelling, and client collaboration activities.
Qualifications
1-4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master’s degree or PhD in STEM, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Programming proficiency in Python, C# or similar languages. Excellent collaboration and communication skills in an international setting. Experience with optimisation frameworks and knowledge of electricity markets or hydro power systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
