Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers through coaching and career development. Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking in collaboration with Product teams. Translate technical and product requirements into clear plans. Maintain standards for code quality, documentation, testing, architecture, and technical debt management. Identify and mitigate delivery risks and technical bottlenecks while communicating proactively. Participate in technical discussions and guide engineering decisions. Support hiring and onboarding processes. Foster sustainable team practices and protect product quality and engineering stability.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role. Strong technical foundation capable of guiding technical discussions and decisions, without daily coding requirements. Experience with Bubble.io or similar no-code/low-code platforms. Proven ability managing software delivery in an agile environment including sprint planning and execution. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Solutions-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced settings. Knowledge of AWS Lambda, Cloudflare products, CRM integrations, and partner technology ecosystems is advantageous. Background in B2B SaaS, especially related to partner relationship management or similar fields, is a plus.
