Responsibilities
Engage with customers and analyze usage data to identify opportunities for enhancing workplace collaboration and productivity. Define product priorities and success metrics for a specified product area. Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to develop innovative solutions that improve how people work together and utilize workplace environments. Utilize AI tools to synthesize feedback, test concepts, and inform product decisions. Plan and coordinate product launches with marketing and customer-facing teams and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience leading software or technology products through discovery, delivery, and improvement phases. Strong ability to use customer insights and data to prioritize work and make trade-offs independently. Preferred experience includes collaboration tools, video conferencing, SaaS, workplace technology, familiarity with agile development, product analytics, customer discovery, experimentation, and AI-assisted product work. Excellent written and verbal English skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
