We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a cross-functional development team. The role involves designing and guiding software architectures with a focus on cloud and microservices technologies, supporting complex business challenges for multinational organizations. The position is full-time and English-speaking, with flexibility for remote work or office presence in Romania.

Responsibilities
Identify key business stakeholders and establish communication to understand business goals and objectives. Gather requirements related to software functionality and quality. Develop business, information, and technology architectures aligning with project needs. Create architectural visions by conducting trade-off analyses, proof of concepts, and benchmarking. Manage architecture design and documentation processes, and communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders. Review and validate design decisions to ensure alignment with the overall solution architecture.
Qualifications
Fluent English required. Over 7 years in software development and more than 3 years in solution architecture design. Knowledge in data management, integration, containerization, orchestration, and software development lifecycle processes. Practical experience with microservices, cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure and its services like Azure DevOps, AKS, Databricks, and Service Bus), Microsoft SQL, MongoDB, and .NET Core 3. Strong skills in computer science fundamentals, including design patterns, algorithms, database theory, and code testing. Excellent client-facing communication, business consulting skills, and ability to influence senior decision-makers. Certifications in architecture frameworks (SEI, TOGAF), cloud providers, and agile delivery methods are desirable.
