Responsibilities
Carry out daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas. Manage waste disposal and recycling following environmental and safety protocols. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. Identify and report hazards or maintenance issues. Assist with stocking consumables and support site events and preparations. Participate in safety training and internal development programs.
Qualifications
Previous experience in cleaning or facility support roles is essential. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting and repetitive movements. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and hygiene standards required. Familiarity with waste management and safety procedures preferred. Strong attention to detail, reliability, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Norwegian is required; basic English skills are beneficial.
