Responsibilities
Perform regular cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, locker rooms, and common spaces to maintain hygiene and appearance. Manage waste disposal and support environmental sustainability initiatives through proper recycling and chemical handling. Follow health and safety protocols, report hazards, and maintain cleaning equipment. Assist with stocking consumables and facility event support. Participate in training and inspections to uphold high operational standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in cleaning or facility support roles, with knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and hygiene standards. Physically able to perform cleaning duties. Familiarity with health and safety requirements and waste management is preferred. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Norwegian is required, with basic English communication skills desired.
